DJI Phantom 4 Drone Shows Stingray Swimming Towards My JetSki – IMRAN™
This is just an 8-seconds clip from my now 4 years old DJI Phantom 4 drone. I just happened to see it on a large screen 4K monitor and realized that the drone had captured a stingray “flying” underwater, swimming straight towards the jetski. I was idling just off the dock of my blessed home in Apollo Beach, Florida, on a picture-perfect tranquil day. Can you make it out?
Sailboat At Beer Can Island On Tampa Bay Florida – IMRAN™
It was another spectacular week for boating and being blessed to call this Apollo Beach area of Tampa Bat, Florida, home. Kennedy, my German Shepherd, was with me on the jet ski as I took this photo of a sailboat off the beach at BCI recently.
Lovers Cry Out In Unison At Dusk, As Pelican At Singing Sunset Hovers Like Humming Birds – IMRAN™
Sunsets sometimes sing silently, as flapping pelicans in a chorus hover across the crescendos of red and gold clouds,. The dusk settles into its gentle chorus, singing a sweet lullaby of love and passion, odes to dreams and desires, unloading beams of lights and hard shafts of shadows, as the sultry night serenades the hot sun, and the wetness of Tampa Bay is coated in the hues of solitude, soaking in the whiteness of life into the blend of ecstasy, Come, my loves, be mine, at sunset, where fantasy becomes reality, and reality becomes you, and you become mine.
The simple truth is clear as Black and White, even at the gloomiest of times. Justice and (Statute Of) Liberty are for all humankind.
This is a screen capture of a very low resolution video I shot with a 10 years old camera while flying over Manhattan very recently. It was cloudy, it was dusk, and it was a gloomy day overall. The plane window was not that clear either and this was just a video clip I accidentally recorded for 1 second while trying to take a still photo. But, this shot was worth extracting and sharing. The simple truth is clear as Black and White, even at the gloomiest of times. Justice and (Statute Of) Liberty are for all humankind.
…beautiful landscape and nature’s tranquility at my blessed home…
Come along for a walk enjoying the beautiful landscape and nature’s tranquility at my blessed home. Even better for you, you won’t be bitten by gnats as I was being eaten alive by them during this livestream. LOL.
As I always say, “Artificial Intelligence cannot fix Natural Stupidity!” Siri can’t fix Lazy, Stupid or UnderEducated.
What a great photo this is that I just had to Share and comment on. I LOVE the photo for its tongue in cheek humor, implied sexuality, obvious voyeurism & exhibitionism and innuendo. Plus, I love the grammar lesson too that so many need. See the bottoms of the shoes.
Now we need a photo that explains the difference between DON’T and DOESN’T which so many people are too oblivious or don’t seem to know.
Even worse, some blame ‘auto-correct’ when, in fact, if they even type DOESNT without the apostrophe, auto-correct would fix that to DOESN’T.
As I always say, “Artificial Intelligence cannot fix Natural Stupidity!” Siri can’t fix Lazy, Stupid or UnderEducated. 🙂
The funny thing is how native English speakers would make fun of foreigners or foreign-born people, especially low-income immigrants, for their accents or supposed poor English.
These days it is foreign-born people who still speak proper English compared to the bast majority of my fellow Americans. On top of that, almost every year it is always immigrant minority kids that win major spelling competitions.
I do not see things getting any better for the standards of education, including English, what to say of Maths and Science, with Donald Trump in the White House and his ignorance-embracing mindset and policies that make George W. Bush seem like a genius.
…there will always be unappreciative and ungrateful clients in every field….
Some photographer posted in a FaceBook group about a model hurting their feelings by saying the photos they took (including location, hair, makeup) weren’t worth more than $10 each. I think a dozen people commented on that post.
As I clicked to post my response on the original post it disappeared. Maybe the original poster deleted their post. I’m just sharing my “comment” here for everyone, as there will always be unappreciative and ungrateful clients in every field.
I wrote: “Most people do not appreciate intangible expertise or subtle specialization or soft services nor put real monetary value on it.
They’ll pay a plumber $200 for fixing a $100 leaky toilet but will have a heart attack paying $300 for cloud & technology or management consulting advice they hit you up for regarding their million dollar business.
I haven’t seen the work the original poster did but assuming it was well done I’d say, go with the attitude, “Yes, the photos were worth just $10 each because the ungrateful model wasn’t worth more. 😋“
